My name is Jodi Lambdin, I am 10 years old and I have a brain tumour. The reason I am writing this book is because I wanted to read about someone who had a similar problem but I couldn’t find what I wanted so I decided to write about myself. Maybe this will give other children courage if they find they are poorly too.

I live in Cobham in Surrey and I go to St. Andrew’s School. I have long brown hair and brown eyes and I’m slim. There are five people in my family. My Mum and Dad are called Louise and David, I have a brother called Thomas who is 13 and a sister called Jennie who is 7. We have lots of pets, dogs, cats, gerbils, rabbits and two canaries. My hobbies are cooking, reading, country dancing, playing the piano and horse riding. I have lots of friends.
